After searching through apartments in southern Nevada, you decided to settle on a nice first floor two-bedroom rental that was ready for occupancy. When you first moved in everything seemed perfect. The grounds surrounding your apartment were well-kept, the staff was nice, and even the neighbors seemed mostly amicable. Six-months later your little paradise turned into a problem. A couple moved in upstairs and your life has not been the same since. It started with them constantly fighting, stomping around on the ceiling overhead, and slamming doors when they come and go.
